As a summer associate at Miller Johnson, you are also something else: a potential future associate. We prefer to recruit our new associates from our summer associate program. As a result, we hire significantly fewer summer associates than other large West Michigan law firms.
The purpose of our program is to give you a real taste of the work life of a Miller Johnson associate. By limiting the number of summer associates, we allow you to get a fuller Miller Johnson experience, and eliminate competition among our summer associates for offers of associate employment.
