LITIGATION

We handle cases in all state and federal courts, representing multinational corporations, local businesses, and individuals in cases ranging from simple to highly complex.

We view litigation as one means of dispute resolution, not as an end in itself, counseling clients on risk assessment and cost benefit before suit. When our clients are sued, we search for the most expeditious and least expensive means of resolution. Our lawyers have extensive experience with virtually every form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

If trial is a necessary or desired tool, our trial lawyers are among the most capable, experienced, and respected in the state.
