As a result of legislative changes in Michigan in 1996, the number of product liability filings has substantially declined throughout the state. Miller Johnson, like other Michigan law firms, has fewer active cases than it previously did. But for many of our clients, including those who sell products nationwide, product liability remains an important concern. The law continues to evolve and we stay abreast of all changes. We are able to assist clients with these issues in Michigan, as well as in other states, and to plan and/or execute the in-house education needed to prevent claims from arising.
